The WORST & FILTHIEST Tattoo Shop!. Mandala Tattoo at 945 Worcester Rd in Framingham MA is the WORST Tattoo Shop I have ever been to. Raphael does not know how to use his machine. He can not tattoo in a straight line. He throws bloody towels on the floor and he does not show you if he is using a clean needle or not. I received the most hideous tattoo from him. Its choppy and its awful work!!! I would NOT reccomend this place to anyone!!! They dont even have a website.
