Birthday cakes!!!!!!!!!!!!. Thank you sooooo much! I went in yesterday morning for a birthday cake for my daughter. Not knowing anything about cakes other than how to eat them, Tracey helped me chose a cake that would be best for my family. By 1pm the cake was ready and it was unbelievable. Perfect! They all loved it. Thank you, Tracey and Wholly Cannoli

Extremely poor customer service!. I wish I knew who owned this store so I could send them a letter. My daughter-in-law loves some of their items. She went in on Friday afternoon and might as well have been invisible. They didn't say hello, be with you in a minute or anything. We went back again on Saturday. She went in then I decided to check out their breakfast sandwiches. AGAIN we may as well been invisible. No eye contact or greeting. We stood there 5 minutes until 2 men came in and they asked what they could get for them. I spoke up loudly and said excuse me but we have been standing here 5 minutes and with 4 people behind the counter I don't know why we haven't yet been waited on. They all looked at me as if I had three heads, then took my daughter-in-laws order. I will never step in the place again.

Poor Customer Service. Just sharing that there is something weird about customer service at this place. I just left there trying to place a large order for my family Easter dinner, that I wanted to pick up on Friday. I was asked if I worked at a resaurant, then told that they probably couldn't take my order. I explained I placed large orders like this for other holidays without any issue. Then another young lady came out from the back and said that they couldn't take my preorder and I will just have to come back on Friday to pick up the boxes of cannoli and various dynamite sticks. My family has tried the various pastry, cakes, etc. Nothing special there, it's the cannoli and the to die for dynamite sticks that are worth the drive and apparently aggravation.
