I love this place! by Carrie I. at InsiderPages

The first time I went to this Longhorn there was a 2 1/2 hour wait to be seated so we ended up leaving. But I wanted to try it out so my fiance and I went back. Boy am I glad I did, the food was great!
They start you off with complimentary warm bread and butter, and then I ordered a tossed salad and a bowl of thier wonderful chili. Which I loved them both, In the salad they dice all the vegetables in it and it was very fresh. The chili was fantastic as well.
The staff was very friendly and the service quick. The environment was so fun, they have country music playing and the restuarant is set up country style. Wheel Wagons and Longhorns hanging on the walls etc.
I recommend this place to everyone!
National chain rustles up rib eyes, T-bones and fillets in a kid-friendly, Lone Star-inspired setting.

In Short
One of the country's most successful steakhouse empires attracts a casual crowd with huge, reasonably priced steak dinners and a tempered Texan milieu (country music and imposing cattle busts). Wise diners turn off their internal calorie counters, as many menu items arrive fried, covered in cheese, or both. A typically rich meal starts with cheese fries, followed by a blue cheese-crusted fillet. Fried cheesecake ends the night on a note of Texas-sized decadence.
