A hidden gem..

For when I want a quick bite to eat without the guilt that accompanies fast food, I go here. I'm addicted to their thai curry wrap with salmon and I often get their iced organic rooibos tea. I really like that the food is made from local farms and that they try and find small ways to support the local community. Their "Moroccan" and middle eastern anything are not the greatest, but everything else is really wonderful, especially when you're considering how fast it is. I'm so happy I found this place particularly since the other place with the word "fresh" in it across the street isn't as good as it used to be when it was smaller.

ONE OF A KIND!!!!

There should be more of these type of restaurants in this area. This is the ONLY one of its kind! Healthy food! Wow! Maybe I should live on the West Coast where these restaurants are more of the norm.

Anyway, I have tried lots of their dishes and love them all, but I am hooked on the Salmon Wrap Big Fresh TIme! I usually get it with the whole wheat wrap and with brown rice instead of the Jasmine - just the right combination.

Delicious, healthy, AMAZING, fast, friendly?!!! If you are looking for a quick awesome bite to eat, takeout for the whole family, or platters for a party this place will be everyone's favorite! All the food is organic and locally grown! The chicken Caesar salad wrap is the absolute best I have ever had (and I try them everywhere!!!) but the humus and falafel and MANY other DELICIOUS options are all mouth watering and a must! I only dine at phenomenal restaurants so don?t let the local throw you for a loop b/c the food is THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

• Cons: nothing, although great atmosphere don't eat in if you are looking for a fancy spot
