Speaking on behalf of my Dog (woof woof). So i decided to give this place a try, considering its a family own bussiness. What a big mistake, not only its more expensive than Petsmart or Petco my mini shcnauzer came out looking like everything but a mini shcnauzer. I cant believe owners will not apologize for their effortless, lack of work the groomers put on love ones, Will never take my dog there again and you shouldnt either. i pick my dog up, the lady groomer refer to my male dog as "she" and wrote down on receipt "She did a good job" Really? didnt you just clip and trim his winnie?? horrible grooming job with bold spots all over, HONEST TO GOD, and i knew it once i drop him off attitude of lady @ 7AM wasnt to pleasant. . They ask what type of haircut and stuff, they ignored all my requests for his Fall hair-cut. Again came out of there looking like everything but schnauzer, like a cat with no hair.. Hate this place.. I will second , if you want to make a money donation go to them. If you truly care about love one DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE.. AWFULL AND I WISH MY DOG CAN TALK. REALLY DO. HONEST TO GOD FIRST TIME I EVER LEAVE A REVIEW ON ANYONE BUSINESS, BUT SINCE MY DOG CANT SPEAK I WILL DO THAT FOR HIM. WOOF WOOF…

not so Great. I guess they receive awards in contests. For my dog, they totally ignored any requests that I had for her cut. I asked for long ear length, and they chopped her ears to about an inch long. I asked for short leg length, and they never cut any length off, until the hair was so long that when she urinated, it splashed on her legs. 2 days after her appointment, I needed to make another appointment with another groomer to repair their work... or lack thereof. If you want to make a money donation.. go to them. If you want a decent clip for your dog.. make an appoiuntment with another groomer!…

Great groomers. I have used the Pampered Pet for many years. I have had young and old dogs go there for their grooming. I have had Labs with minimal grooming needs and another was a cocker spaniel with lots of grooming needed. They have always done a fine job. The dogs come home beautiful and happy. Some of my older dogs need a little coddling and extra care and they are always very sweet and kind to them. I especially appreciate that they honor my wishes for no perfumes or sprays as it annoys the dog and myself.…

Your dog is in good hands here. I am a groomer and have been for 30 years. When a new customer calls my shop and I can't accomodate them I will send them to Pampered Pet. They are the only shop I will refer anyone to because I know their work and they are the best at what they do. Especially standard poodles, scissored bichons and english cockers.…

Complete Professionals. I took my miniature schnauzer puppy here for his first haircut. Not only did he come out looking (and smelling!) fabulous, but he got great personal attention. It may look like just another pet shop from the front, but the wall of trophies and awards gives away the truth about this little treasure.

I have since moved two hours away, but I still get my dog groomed here because it is such a great experience.…

Pampered pet Grooming Salon. A Wonderful professional Grooming Service! Customer Service is excellent. I know when leaving my Bichon Frise Wilson, at this facility, that he is atteneded to and well cared for. He is groomed exactly as requested and I would recommend this Grooming service only to those who really care about having the best service given to there pet. The staff has always been friendly and professional! It's important to me as an owner to know my dog is treated with the best attention and kindness, while in someone else's care. Pampered Pet is the Best. My dog has been a client at Pampered Pet for over 10 years. They are wonderful! She loves going there! If I don't hold her back, she'll walk right into the grooming area. Not only is the owner a great groomer, she cares about the animals. She actually diagnosed my dog with her thyroid condition. When I brought her to the vet and she tested positive for thyroid, they were very impressed. My dog always looks wonderful when she leaves the Pampered Pet and I highly recommend them.…

Best Groomer Ever. My dog, a standard poodle, has been groomed at the Pampered Pet for over 11 years - at a visit every month, that's over 132 times. The owner, who has won many international grooming competitions, does a wonderful job. My dog is comfortable there, is treated well, and always comes out looking like a million bucks. (When we're out walking, he gets many unsolicited compliments - I wish I were half as handsome as he is after he gets his hair cut!) The staff is always friendly, helpful, and flexible if an appointment needs to be rescheduled. The service is not cheap, but you get what you pay for - top quality.…
