NON REFUND. A limo was booked with Le Limo, in Medway MA. This limo was booked for less than 48 hours for an event that was over 7 weeks away. The deposit was $200.00 and the establishment would not refund the money due to the cancellation. Love this company!. I was a pain the the you-know-what when it came to deciding what vehicle I should get for my friend's bachelorette party. The staff, especially Ken and Jennifer, answered all of my questions promptly and with a smile. I booked the Land Yacht and boy was this the BEAUTIFUL! All the girls LOVED the bus and some want to book it on their own some day. We danced and partied all the way into Boston..and this was the perfect bus for our night. best limo service, friendly, great customer service, inexpensive. Le Limo did an outsanding job for my friend and I. We had a fantastic time traveling around Boston, and this could not have happened without Le Limo! Their vehicles are also the nicest in the area. I never have a problem recommending them to my friends because they are so reliable. Since I have used Le Limo, no other limosine service I have used compares! They go above and beyond! Also, when I first made the reservation, the office staff was pleasant and polite. I had to call back a couple of times to make changes, but the office staff did not mind one bit, and changed my reservation while I was on the phone. Then they sent a confirmation via email imediately following our conversation. They were so professional. I would not recomend any other limo service! They are the best of the best!…

Beyond Expectation. My husband and I took out a limousine from Le Limo for our wedding anniversary. The driver was early. He was neatly dressed and extremely pleasant. We arrived at our destination promplty. He opened the car doors for us and was waiting for us when we finished dinner. The car was beautiful. It was clean inside and out and looked brand new. There was champagne, soda, water and mints in the car. We would highly recommend Le Limo to anyone seeking outstanding service.

Great Staff - very accommodating.. The staff at LeLimo was very helpful with my daughter's wedding. Every change/add was made without a problem and I could tell they didn't mind helping us out. It was our first daughter getting married and the whole limousine thing was new to us. They walked us thru everything and were always very professional and courteous.

I give them 5 stars!!!
