Best customer service and experience in Rhode Island!

Gian Carlo's is by far the best experience I have had in any restaurant in the Rhode Island area! Right from the moment you sit down, you are treated as if you are with family. The wait staff is there to make every dinner dream come true, from special requests to friendly conversation; you are more than a customer, you are a dear friend. I have been in on nights where there is an hour wait to nights where we sit right down; regardless, you are treated like the only customers! I have been a customer for two months now, and they have my drink and dinner order down pat. Furthermore, from the cozy Italian atmosphere to lite Italian music in the background, it is an experience you are sure to rave about for weeks. Then, comes the food. The portions are huge for the price, guaranteeing leftovers! No words can describe the quality of the food; you have to try it to believe it! Gian Carlo's is sure to be the kept secret in Italian Dining. There is no restaurant that can rival it!
